If you are a ticket holder of the BLAST Premier Spring Finals in Moscow 19-21 June 2020, please see the below FAQ for any questions you might have related to your ticket purchase and refund process.




Will the BLAST Spring Final Moscow 2020 still take place?


The BLAST Spring Final will still take place, but will be an all online tournament and will not include live matches in the VTB Arena.


The tournament will still be streamed as normal on Twitch and YouTube and on our broadcast partners.


Will my ticket(s) be refunded?


Yes. If you are a ticket holder of the BLAST Premier Spring Finals in the VTB Arena on 19-21 June, you will get your tickets refunded. You will be receiving an email from the ticket sales provider (TicketsCloud) with info on the refund process.

If you do not speak Russian, please write TicketsCloud directly instead of using the form above on support@ticketscloud.om and they will assist you.

How does the refund process work?


Step 1

Please fill out the refund form in the link you are receiving in an email from TicketsCloud. You need to fill this out before the refund process of your tickets can start.


Step 2

Once you have filled out the form, allow 5-10 days from that date for TicketsCloud to work on your refund request. You will receive a confirmation email on your refund from TicketsCloud once they have processed your request.


Step 3

After this your money is transferred back to your bank account. The amount of days this takes is dependent on your bank, but please allow up to 14 days for the money to be back on your account.


OBS: the above day estimates are TicketClouds standard timeframes, but due to the Covid-19 (Corona Virus) situation, they are experiencing a lot of events being cancelled or moved in this period, so we ask for your patience if it takes a few extra days for them to handle your refund.

What do I do if I have bought accommodation, train tickets, plane tickets or similar?


The refund only applies to the ticket(s) you have bought for the event in the VTB Arena. The organizers behind BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2020 and TicketsCloud are not accountable for any other costs of yours. You will have to contact the suppliers of these purchases and see if they can help you.
