DISTRIBUTION MANAGER

 

Role: Distribution Manager
Reports to: VP Distribution

THE ROLE

 

For our Distribution team we are now looking for an Distribution Manager to support and develop the BLAST distribution footprint across our portfolio of expanding media rights and international broadcast clients. The successful candidate has a proven track record in distributing entertainment or sports programming and handling TV & Online client accounts internationally. He/She is a self-starter that can generate new business leads as well as cooperate seamlessly with BLAST’s Distribution team.
The ability to present the company’s products in person, on the phone and via mail is essential. An eloquent command of the English language is a must, additional languages are an advantage.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Support BLAST’s Distribution team across TV, Online, Theatrical & Betting client accounts
Generate new revenue opportunities across TV, Online, Theatrical, Mobile and Inflight
Assist all clients with the onboarding and implementation of BLAST properties
Research and identify new targets and territories/markets for distribution
Prepare and conceptualise all relevant sales materials
Monitor the broadcast and contractual client obligations during live tournaments
Support wider commercial team with sponsor broadcast activation
Source and compile broadcast data for viewership reports

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

 

2-4 years professional experience
University degree education
Sports body or media rights agency background an advantage
Excellent people and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and autonomous environment
Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to details a must

 

The successful candidate will handle his own accounts and clients, as well as assist the VP Distribution as needed.

COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE

THE ROLE

 

BLAST is looking to hire a Commercial Partnerships Executive, based in either it’s London or Copenhagen offices.

BLAST creates bespoke, innovative brand partnerships that are focused on delivering a range of outcomes and benefits. The Commercial Partnership Executive will be supporting day-to-day activity across commercial partnerships, including Betway, EPOS, TW Steel and CS.Money. Main responsibilities include the client and key stakeholder management, asset management, ad-hoc client requests, reporting and day-to-day account support.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client management: Stakeholder liaison (clients, supplier partners and other client agencies)
Asset management and contractual deliverables
Ideation and development of digital and physical activation and content
Creation and development of all contractual assets, within brand guidelines of client and BLAST
Approval management on behalf of key clients
Onsite event and hospitality management
Client bespoke event logistics: sourcing venues, coordinating catering, AV & production, guest management, hotel management, transport logistics, H&S, guest communications, preparing event schedules and manuals with the help of the BLAST operations team
Management of client-facing project documents, including status reports, critical paths, evaluation and reporting documents
Development of competitive market reviews and insights on industry best practice

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

At least 18 months experience within an area of sponsorship, marketing or events, either brand, agency or rights holder side.

Excellent day to day project management.

Positive, proactive and friendly attitude.

Strong relationship management (clients, partners, suppliers and other client agencies).

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage client expectations, meet deadlines and communicate clearly is essential.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask is essential.

Ability to develop and manage realistic and effective timelines and communications plans.

General understanding of market trends and enthusiasm for the esports industry – keeping abreast with industry developments and competition in the marketplace.

You will be a creative thinker and offer alternative solutions and ideas, from content.

Ability to write concise, structured and insightful post event reports and campaign analysis documents.

The confidence to bring your experience and ability to the team alongside a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
